What You'll Do
- Own and enhance Workday and other HR systems
- Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of recent features
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and seamless integrations
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver future-ready solutions
- Drive change management, training, and adoption
- Support analytics and reporting with Workday and BI tools
What You Bring
- Deep Workday expertise in any two of the following modules
- Core HCM
- Recruiting
- Compensation & Benefits
- Talent & Performance
- Absence & Time Tracking
- Security & Business Processes
- Reporting & Prism
- Preferably multiple Workday certifications
- Experience in global HR tech environments
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
