The person will act as a Workday Functional Consultant, being the point of contact for demands delivery, change implementation and application support for HCM, Recruiting and Talent.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting and Talent. Knowledge of other modules like compensation and absence is a plus
- Experience with requirements definition, solution design, system configuration, unit testing, UAT support and deployment
- Experience with Workday release management
- Experience with working with Agile teams
- At ease with producing documentation and following ITIL processes like change management.
