Key Responsibilities Strategy & Configuration
- Own and govern the Financial Data Model (FDM) .
- Configure Business Processes for Journals, Fixed Assets, Allocations, and related finance activities.
- Design and maintain period-close checklists to improve close-cycle efficiency.
- Maintain integrations between Workday Core Financials and Adaptive Planning .
- Manage Adaptive versions, sheets, and level structures for budgeting and forecasting.
- Configure Bank Account Management, Settlement Rules, and Ad-hoc Bank Transactions.
- Manage withholding tax rules and sales tax adapter integrations.
- Design Composite Reports for Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, and external financial reporting.

L2 Support & Operations
- Troubleshoot Workday Finance errors preventing period closure.
- Resolve unposted journals, accounting date mismatches, and other financial close issues.
- Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation exceptions.
- Support Adaptive Planning users with access, formula,



and sheet-related issues.
- Resolve asset depreciation errors and incorrect asset disposals.
- Review and approve requests for current Cost Centers and Ledger Accounts.
- Ensure accurate mapping and governance between Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience, with robust Finance Systems experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management .
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles .
- Multi-module Workday experience preferred.
- Workday Pro/Implementer certification in Core Financials or Adaptive Planning is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
