As a Senior Associate in managed services, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from assessment, development through to deployment. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

- Requirements gathering: Understand clients Workday Financials and reporting requirements, including financial management processes, reporting needs, data definitions, security considerations, and how they align to Workday functionality
- Workday Financials support: Configure, maintain, test, and support Workday Financial Management functionality across areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, procurement, banking and settlement, and related finance processes
- Reporting and analytics: Design, build, enhance, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics that provide accurate and actionable insights for finance, operations, and leadership stakeholders
- Testing and validation: Support unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday Financials enhancements, reporting changes, releases, and production support activities
- Data integrity and reconciliation: Help clients validate financial data, investigate discrepancies, support reconciliations, and maintain confidence in Workday financial reporting outputs
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on Workday Financials and reporting capabilities, providing functional and reporting expertise during client design workshops, support discussions, and training sessions




- Invite and give in-the-moment feedback in a constructive manner
- Share and collaborate effectively with others across finance, technology, managed services, and client teams
- Identify and make suggestions for process, reporting, and system improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise

- Keep up to date with developments in Workday Financials, reporting, analytics, and managed services practices

- Understanding of core finance and accounting concepts such as general ledger, journals, chart of accounts, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, close processes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and expenses
- Ability to gather business requirements, translate them into functional reporting or system solutions, and support testing through to production deployment
- Superior detail orientation, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in data quality, reporting accuracy, financial insights, and continuous improvement
- Finance, accounting, business systems, ERP, analytics, or technology background is a plus

- Understanding of system implementation, managed services, production support, release management, and technical support concepts
- Experience creating documentation, process guides, report inventories, training materials, and knowledge transfer resources
- Understanding of how to effectively conduct knowledge transfer and enable end users to adopt Workday Financials and reporting solutions
- Experience working with reporting tools, data models, calculated fields, dashboards, or business intelligence solutions is beneficial
- ERP experience is beneficial; Workday Financials, Workday Reporting, Workday Prism, or Adaptive Planning experience is preferred
