Job Summary:
This role involves configuring and optimizing critical Workday modules to meet immediate project needs. You will be responsible for modifying existing setups and ensuring seamless functionality of Time Tracking and Absence Management. The position requires a proactive individual with solid troubleshooting and implementation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and refine Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
- Modify calculation fields, reports, and absence plans for project requirements.
- Test and deploy Workday solutions efficiently.
- Manage Workday security settings and user access.
- Create and update system documentation and training materials.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Workday HCM functional experience
- Expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculation fields
