Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans for WLAN products to ensure compliance with industry standards (WPA) and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to wireless connectivity, network performance, and security.

- Develop automated tests using OFDM tools to simulate real-world scenarios and validate product functionality under various conditions.

- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in WLAN testing or a related field.

- Solid understanding of WiFi technology, including protocols such as IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac.

- Experience with WPA encryption methods (WEP/WPA2) and OFDM automation tools.
