Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Wireless Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise Wi-Fi design, implementation, RF engineering, troubleshooting, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing enterprise wireless environments and large-scale Wi-Fi deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise wireless networks across campus, branch, and large-scale environments.
- Conduct RF planning, site surveys, capacity analysis, and spectrum analysis using Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar tools.
- Configure and manage wireless controllers and access points across Cisco, Aruba, Juniper Mist, and Ruckus platforms.
- Configure SSIDs, VLAN mappings, mobility groups, roaming, and high-availability wireless solutions.
- Implement secure wireless solutions using WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and EAP.
- Troubleshoot complex wireless issues including interference, coverage gaps, latency, packet loss, and roaming delays.
- Provide L3/L4 support for critical wireless incidents and lead root-cause analysis.
- Monitor wireless performance using Cisco DNA Center/Prime, Aruba Central/AirWave, Meraki, and Mist Cloud.
- Support high-density wireless deployments and Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 environments.
- Plan and execute Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7 upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain network documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and design standards.
- Support change management, security, governance, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- 3 years of networking experience with a strong focus on enterprise wireless.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Mist,



and/or Ruckus wireless platforms.
- Strong RF fundamentals including channel planning, power levels, interference mitigation, and high-density wireless design.
- Hands-on experience with Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar wireless survey/design tools.
- Strong understanding of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax and Wi-Fi 6/6E/7.
- Strong TCP/IP and Routing & Switching fundamentals.
- Knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP, and WPA3.
- Experience troubleshooting interference, coverage, latency, packet loss, roaming, and spectrum-related issues.
- Hands-on experience planning or executing Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7 upgrades and migrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate A strong Wireless Network Specialist/Engineer with hands-on expertise in enterprise Wi-Fi architecture, RF design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization, capable of handling complex wireless environments independently.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
