Must Have:

- Windows Server Administration
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Good hands on experience in Windows Server, VMWare-VCF, Patching and Vulnerability Management
- Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.
- Patch & Vulnerability Management
- Plan and execute OS patching cycles using tools like WSUS , SCCM , or Intune .
- Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation based on security advisories.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Monitor system health, performance,



and capacity using tools like SCOM or equivalent.
- Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting.
- Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills.
- Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management.

Good to Have:

- experience in Windows Server administration .
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policy , and Windows security .
- Expertise in patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM) and vulnerability remediation.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
