We are looking for an experienced

Windchill Migration Developer / Senior Migration Developer to join our growing team.

Key Requirements

- 1-10 years of overall experience in Windchill

- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Windchill Migration

- Strong technical expertise in: Windchill Migration, Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) & Data Migration Strategies and Execution

- Previous experience working as an

Architect in a customer-facing workplace

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to explain technical solutions and migration approaches to customers

- Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities to guide team members through technical challenges

- Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

- Lead and execute Windchill migration projects.

- Design and implement migration strategies using WBM.

- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership.

- Work closely with customers to understand and address business requirements.

- Mentor and support development teams in resolving technical issues.

- Ensure successful and timely delivery of migration activities.
