Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for various roles within the organization through headhunting, networking, and other sourcing methods.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with job requirements.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding current employees.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Proven track record of successful headhunting and sourcing candidates for senior-level positions.

- Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
