About the Job

Advantmed is seeking a talented and motivated WFM Logistics Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce management, logistics planning, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience Required

- 2+ Years of relevant experience

Experience in US patient logistics/planning operations preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Provider planning based on client goals and capacity
- Maximize screenings and increase home visits for providers
- Daily member inventory review and membership release
- Monitor operational deliverables and conduct internal audits
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage escalations
- Maintain operational trackers and monitor KPIs
- Provide end-to-end support to internal and external stakeholders




- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs

Perform secondary reviews on critical deliverables
