HSIM (Hindustan School of Internet Marketing) is a practical digital marketing institute focused on helping students build real-world skills and careers in digital marketing.

As we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Senior Career Counsellor who can take ownership of the counselling and admissions process while helping build a strong counselling team.

What You'll Do

- Manage the complete journey from Lead → Counselling → Visit → Admission
- Handle and convert incoming student enquiries
- Conduct career counselling with students and parents
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable learning paths
- Convert qualified leads into campus counselling visits
- Conduct face-to-face counselling and course presentations
- Follow up systematically with prospective students
- Handle questions and objections related to careers, courses and fees
- Track lead, visit and admission performance
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion
- Guide and support junior counselling team members
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and admission records

Team Target The initial Chandigarh team goal is: 400–450 leads → 60+ counselling visits → 15+ paid admissions/month





You will contribute directly to this goal through robust personal performance, follow-up and team support.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in sales, career counselling, education counselling or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into admissions or sales
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counselling, objection-handling and closing skills
- Comfortable interacting with students and parents
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and numbers-driven approach
- Ability to take ownership of the counselling pipeline
- Ability to coach and support junior team members
- Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Chandigarh
