As we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Social Media Trainer who combines strong practical experience with the ability to develop future digital marketers.

What You'll Do

- Conduct practical digital marketing and social media training
- Teach real-world strategies, tools and workflows
- Guide students through practical projects
- Review assignments, campaigns, creatives and student work
- Create assessments and provide actionable feedback
- Keep training content aligned with current industry and platform changes
- Mentor students on portfolios, interviews, freelancing and client handling
- Bring practical industry experience into the classroom

What You'll TeachSocial Media | Content Strategy | Instagram & Facebook | Meta Ads | Google Ads | YouTube | Lead Generation | Landing Pages | Analytics & Tracking | E-commerce | Shopify | AI Marketing Tools | Email Automation | Client Handling | Portfolio & Interview Preparation You'll receive complete SOPs + 15 days of structured training to align with HSIM's curriculum and teaching methodology.

What We're Looking For





- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong practical knowledge of social media and Meta Ads
- Experience working on real campaigns or projects
- Excellent communication and teaching ability
- Comfortable training beginners
- Robust practical understanding of digital marketing
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve

Formal teaching experience is not mandatory. Strong digital marketing practitioners who can communicate and teach effectively are welcome.

Practice What You TeachAlongside training, you may work on HSIM Chandigarh's digital marketing activities, including:

- Planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance
- Testing audiences, creatives, offers and messaging
- Tracking leads and campaign performance
- Analysing results and identifying opportunities
- Bringing current campaign learnings into student training
