We’re Hiring – Logistics Executive | Bangalore

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Key Skills & Requirements

- Understanding of E-Invoice, GST & E-Way Bill processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Tally / Logistics software
- Understanding of freight, customs clearance & documentation
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience coordinating with vendors, transporters and internal teams
- Ability to track shipments, manage POs and follow up on deliveries
- Experience with GRN, inventory and stock records
- Ability to work under pressure and take ownership
- Responsible handling of confidential information
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Kannada is an added advantage





Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely material delivery
- Follow up on purchase orders and shipments
- Verify received materials against POs and invoices
- Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Monitor inward/outward logistics and stock movement
- Prepare periodic stock and inventory reports
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and production teams
- Ensure smooth and timely logistics operations
