About HSIM

HSIM (Hindustan School of Internet Marketing)

is a practical digital marketing institute focused on helping students build real-world skills and careers in digital marketing.

As we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Junior Career Counsellor who is confident, energetic and interested in helping students make informed career decisions.

What You'll Do

- Handle incoming student enquiries
- Make counselling and follow-up calls
- Understand students' career goals and requirements
- Conduct initial career counselling
- Convert qualified leads into campus counselling visits
- Assist with face-to-face counselling and course presentations
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Learn and apply objection-handling and closing techniques
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Take ownership of assigned leads from Lead → Visit → Admission

Team Target The initial Chandigarh team goal is: 400–450 leads → 60+ counselling visits → 15+ paid admissions/month

You will progressively take ownership of your assigned leads, counselling pipeline and admission goals.

- Excellent verbal communication skills




- Confidence while speaking with students and parents
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, counselling or education
- Good follow-up discipline
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Comfortable making regular counselling and follow-up calls
- Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Chandigarh

Previous counselling or sales experience is helpful, but strong freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
