We’re Hiring | Regional Manager – Hyderabad & Chennai ?

We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of franchise partner relationships, business growth and regional performance.

This role is best suited for a relationship-driven, sales-oriented and solution-focused professional who can work closely with franchise partners, understand their challenges and help them grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners
- Drive sales and business growth of assigned franchise partners and achieve regional targets
- Regularly track franchise performance, identify gaps and implement action plans for improvement
- Act as the single point of contact for franchise partners and proactively resolve their business and operational challenges
- Ensure company systems, processes, SOPs and guidelines are properly implemented across franchise locations
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Support, Franchise Execution, Logistics, Accounts and other departments to ensure smooth franchise operations
- Support franchise owners and their teams through training, guidance and continuous development
- Understand regional market trends and competition to identify current growth opportunities
- Monitor franchise compliance, performance and overall business health
- Prepare regular performance reports and share key updates with management
- Develop strong knowledge of the company’s products,



services and technical aspects
- Frequent travel across the assigned region will be required

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 4+ years of experience in Regional Sales, Relationship Management, Franchise Management, Business Development or a similar role

✔️ Strong relationship-building and sales skills

✔️ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

✔️ Understanding of franchise operations, sales targets, KPIs and business growth

✔️ Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to drive and implement systems, processes and SOPs

✔️ Strong ownership and ability to work independently

✔️ Willingness to travel extensively as required

? CTC: Up to ₹75,000 per month

? MBA in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred

? Locations: Hyderabad & Chennai

?️ Chennai: Candidates with Tamil language proficiency will be preferred.
