1. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and create engaging visual content for our IT training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional creatives.

Create visual content for IT courses, workshops, webinars, and campaigns.

Develop graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

Handle multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and branding.

Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.

Knowledge of social media design trends is an advantage.

Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

1. Telecaller / Education Counselor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Education Counselor to connect with prospective students and promote our IT training programs.





Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students.

Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable IT courses.

Explain course details, benefits, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.

Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with students and working on call-based sales.

Basic knowledge of computers and IT courses is preferred.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is an advantage.

Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
