Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Visit farms, field demonstrations, dealer meetings, and company events to capture photos and videos.
- Edit videos and graphics for social media campaigns.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Respond to customer messages and comments professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to create informative agricultural content.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
- Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:
- Must have a valuable understanding of agriculture, particularly field crops, seed production, crop stages, farming practices,



and the Indian agricultural sector.:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Experience creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Ability to capture and edit high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Punjabi is an advantage.
- Ability to visit farms, research plots, dealer meetings, exhibitions, and agricultural events for content creation.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the agriculture, seed, fertilizer, pesticide, or agri-input industry will be an added advantage.
