Responsibilities

1. Communicate and converse with customers

2. Understand diamond jewelry product and pricing in depth

3. Follow client orders and deliveries

4. Manage quotes, CRM and WhatsApp channels

5. Coordinate with production and other team members

6. Participate in Exhibitions and other channels for sales

Requirements:
Person should have some experience in luxury retail.

Person must understand the diamond jewellery segment.

Excellent communication (English) and presentation skills

Should be minimum Graduate

Please note: Work from Banjara Hills Store in Hyderabad Monday-Saturday 11 am to 730 pm.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
