Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete hotel and restaurant operations.
- Lead all departments including F&B;, housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and maintenance.
- Handle wedding operations and large-scale event management efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
- Ensure smooth execution of events with high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and operational standards.
- Develop business strategies to increase revenue and guest experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations professionally.
- Ensure operational profitability and cost control.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
