Customer Support Executive - International Chat Process

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice support professionally and efficiently.
- Provide prompt resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve process KPIs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of BPO Customer Support experience.
- Experience in E-commerce Customer Support is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level).




- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month

Freshers - 30k CTC, 25k in hand

- 5.5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs
- Night shifts applicable as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
