About the role

What you'll do
- Help customers choose the right, compatible product (the correct laptop battery/charger, the right RAM, NAS drive or GPU), often proactively confirming compatibility before an order ships
- Own orders, delivery, returns, replacements, & RMA
- Learn our range well enough to answer real questions on storage, NAS, networking, components, monitors, GPUs and servers, full product training provided.
- Support business (B2B) orders: GST invoicing, high-value orders, in coordination with the team
- Track every ticket and close it within our service timelines; escalate complex cases through the right channel
- Coordinate with catalogue, shipping and vendor teams to get issues resolved
