Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base across domestic and international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying high-potential B2B leads to build a solid sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients across target industries nationally and internationally.
- Prospect decision-makers using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and web research.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on key business criteria before handing them off to the sales team.
- Maintain clean and organized lead databases and track engagement metrics in CRM tools.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B lead generation, sales development,



or outbound prospecting.
- International Market Exposure: Prior experience targeting markets in North America, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East.
- Communication Skills: Solid written and verbal English communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Research Ability: Detail-oriented with strong internet research skills to identify decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Flexibility to align working hours with international time zones when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
