Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive - Industrial Flow Control (Modular Piping, Valves & Actuators)

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and technically inclined Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our portfolio of modular piping systems for compressed air and inert gases, industrial valves, and automated actuators to engineering consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users in process industries (water treatment, chemical, HVAC, power, food & beverage, and manufacturing, General engineering, aerospace, automotive etc).

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and prospect recent business opportunities across industrial sectors (HVAC, process plants, water treatment, general manufacturing).

Technical Consultative Selling:



Understand client requirements, read technical drawings/P&IDs;, and propose appropriate modular piping layouts, valve types, and actuator configurations.

Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, MEP consultants, and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms, compressor dealers).

Bidding & Proposals: Prepare and present commercial quotations, technical datasheets, and formal bids/tenders in coordination with the technical support team.

Sales Pipeline Management: Track sales pipeline, manage CRM records, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, product innovations, and upcoming industrial projects in the region.

Client Engagement: Plan and execute technical presentations, product demonstrations, and lunch-and-learn sessions for consultants
