Your Role

As an Executive - Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring every property under your supervision delivers an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Your responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of assigned properties.




- Ensuring properties are guest-ready before every check-in.
- Supervising housekeeping, maintenance staff, and vendors.
- Conducting regular property inspections for cleanliness and quality.
- Managing inventory, amenities, linen, and consumables.
- Coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Handling guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Maintaining SOP compliance across all operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners.
- Coordinating with internal teams for reservations, maintenance, and guest support.
- Preparing operational reports and updating property records.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and passionate about hospitality.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, Airbnb, property management, or custom
