Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Support recruitment, screening and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Handle employee queries and coordinate with internal teams.

Support attendance, leave and HR reporting activities.

Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Ensure smooth execution of routine HR activities and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid coordination and organizational abilities.

Smart, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
