Job Summary: Position with our HFC Client:
Our NBFC Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic State Head - Sales for our Housing Finance division in the Delhi NCR region.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the housing finance market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve aggressive business targets for housing finance products in the Delhi NCR region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous skill development.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and customer acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Expand and manage various sales channels, including Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), builder tie-ups, corporate alliances, and direct sales teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to identify recent business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Manage the regional P&L;, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost efficiency, and revenue maximization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, financial intermediaries, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Drive initiatives for customer engagement and retention, enhancing the company's brand presence and market share.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales personnel, setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
