Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily branch operations.
- Supervise and develop the team for maximum productivity.
- Ensure outstanding client experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and branch performance.
- Resolve client and team escalations effectively.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
- Coordinate with sales, editing, and production teams.
- Implement and improve SOPs and workflows.
- Prepare performance reports and maintain operational records.
- Drive business growth and ensure profitability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
