Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell high-quality Banana Tissue Culture Plants to farmers, nurseries, FPOs, and agri-dealers.
- Market agricultural inputs such as bio-fertilizers,



micronutrients, crop nutrition products, crop protection solutions, and other farm inputs.
- Generate business opportunities for processed agricultural produce and value-added farm products.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, institutional buyers, and business partners.
- Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, awareness programs, and product promotion activities.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, agri-input retailers, cooperatives, FPOs, and rural entrepreneurs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for timely order execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily field reports.
