We partner with leading brands to deliver high-quality visual storytelling and are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development by identifying, acquiring, and managing new corporate clients.
- Build a solid pipeline through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Corporate Communications professionals.
- Understand client objectives and recommend tailored video production and creative solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.




- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional client experience.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic growth.

Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients.
- Prior experience in a Video Production Company, Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Media House, or a
