Position: Retail Store Sales Executive

Location: Coimbatore (R.S. Puram)

Languages Required:Tamil & English (Hindi is a bonus)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer-facing retail roles

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
- Achieve personal and store-level sales targets.




- Build loyal customer relationships and ensure return visits.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock organization.
- Handle POS operations and daily sales entries.
- Assist in store events, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising.
- Address customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully.

- Have 1+ years of experience in retail/customer service.
- Are confident, polite, and enthusiastic.
- Love talking to people and selling artistic, meaningful products.
- Can handle billing, inventory, and store operations.
- Are open to working weekends/festive seasons (rotational weekly offs).
- Are looking for a long-term, stable job in Coimbatore.

Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
