Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the furniture showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, materials, designs, pricing, warranty, and customization options.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, quotations, and order closures.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain attractive and organized furniture displays.
- Ensure all products are properly priced, tagged, and displayed.
- Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, delivery, and installation teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Track customer orders from booking through delivery and installation.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers,



and market trends.
- Implement company promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer/order records.
- Monitor individual team performance and provide guidance to sales staff.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, and collection follow-ups.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, presentation, and professional standards.
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
