- You will join our Product Development & Operations (PDO) organization, which is focused on operational excellence and transformative innovation, with a strong emphasis on AI, cloud, and data platform adoption. Your work will make Guidewire’s products easier to adopt and use, directly supporting PDO’s mission to deliver secure, scalable solutions and measurable value for P&C; insurers worldwide. At Guidewire, you will contribute to transforming how the world’s P&C; insurers do business as we combine digital, core, analytics, and AI to deliver our platform as a cloud service.

- What you’ll do: Key responsibilities
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and user experience designers to plan and design targeted information experiences in short release cycles.
- Use analytics, search logs, chat transcripts, user feedback, and product usage data to identify information gaps and prioritize improvements.
- Actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback from peers, leads,



and cross-functional stakeholders to iterate on and improve content quality.
- What we’re looking for: Required skills and experience
- 5+ years in technical writing, with a strong background in data, cloud, and API documentation
- Core Technical Skills: Strong understanding of databases, CDC concepts, basic SQL, data modelling, cloud data platforms (storage, environments, observability), AWS (S3, IAM/access control), data pipelines, analytics, machine learning, risk modelling and scoring, and APIs.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt or write code samples to illustrate how a feature works.
- Knowledge of content development principles and practices, including information architecture, modular structured content, metadata, and information delivery.
