Job Description - Business Development Manager

Stallion Global IT is looking for a confident, well-presented and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 5-7 years of experience to drive business growth and client acquisition in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.
- Handle and follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
- Identify potential corporate clients, business owners, CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution discussions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Stallion Global IT solutions.
- Pitch and sell IT Services, Digital & Creative Marketing, AI & Automation, Cybersecurity, Smart Automation and other technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal technical and creative teams.
- Negotiate with clients and drive opportunities towards closure.
- Maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly and annual business development targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and expand Stallion Global IT's corporate client base across Navi Mumbai and surrounding business locations.
