About this Role:
What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for automation-related queries and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Support the day-to-day operation, stability, and performance of automation tools, workflows, and scripts.
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements, document processes, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Assist in testing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting automation solutions to ensure quality and business alignment.
- Maintain accurate records of automation assets, incidents, changes, and related documentation.
- Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Participate in operational reviews and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and support transformation objectives.
