As a Sr. Technical Writer, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and compelling, educational content for Revyz & Spin.AI’s SaaS products. You will be working closely with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement to create resources that don’t just document what the product does, but accelerate a user from novice to power user.



Your goal is to build out a contemporary documentation infrastructure that drives platform adoption and builds brand trust across technical communities. Your primary goal will be to author high-quality user guides, support documentation, and tutorials that empower both internal teams and external customers to maximize the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Maintain Technical documentation Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-focused technical documentation for support pages, including user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, process documentation, and troubleshooting FAQs.
- Manage Content Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end documentation creation process, including information architecture, version control, content structures, and regular content audits to ensure accuracy as software evolves.
