Production Coordinator

Digitoonz is hiring a Production Coordinator to support and streamline production workflows. If you are organized, proactive, and have excellent coordination and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain production trackers and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Monitor task progress and follow up with team members.
- Facilitate communication between artists, leads, supervisors, and management.
- Assist in resource planning and task allocation.
- Identify and escalate production bottlenecks proactively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Ensure adherence to production processes and timelines.

Requirements:




- 1-2 years of experience in Production Coordination, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of Animation, VFX, Gaming, or Digital Production pipelines.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to Animation, VFX, or Creative Production environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
