Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS ERP projects, upgrades, support engagements, and change requests.:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.:
- Establish and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.:
- Monitor project health through regular status reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.:
- Build solid customer relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.:
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.:
- Manage expectations and proactively address escalations and delivery risks.

Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, QA Engineers, and Solution Architects.:
- Drive resource planning, allocation, utilization, and capacity management.:
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of accountability,



collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Governance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, delivery standards, and best practices.:
- Oversee scope management, change control processes, and project documentation.:
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.:
- Ensure successful UAT, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support teams.

Commercial & Financial Management
- Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, profitability, and resource utilization.:
- Track project financial performance and ensure delivery aligns with commercial targets.:
- Support effort estimation, proposal reviews, statement of work (SOW) preparation, and change request management.

Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives.:
- Promote adoption of IFS best practices and industry standards.:
