ABOUT LIVESTREAM COFFEE:
SUMMARY:
The Quality & Food Safety Executive will be responsible for ensuring that every product served to our guests meets Livestream Coffee's quality standards. The role involves conducting outlet audits, monitoring food safety practices, ensuring hygiene compliance, training staff, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement across all outlets and the central kitchen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI, and local regulations).
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, storage, dining, and preparation areas.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials and ingredients.
- Monitor food storage temperatures and inventory handling practices.
- Ensure staff follow hygiene, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.
- Record quality inspection findings and prepare reports.




- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on food safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality of received materials.
- Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and implement improvements.
- Support internal and external quality audits.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong attention to detail.

- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Education - B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
