Simba Fashions Ltd., a leading export-oriented garment manufacturer based in Adamjee EPZ, is seeking a compassionate and proactive Welfare Officer / Sr. Office(Female) to ensure employee well-being and compliance with labor standards. The role focuses on maintaining a protected, supportive, and inclusive workplace environment for female workers.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer codes of conduct regarding worker welfare and safety.
- Monitor workplace environment, hygiene, sanitation, and canteen facilities.
- Conduct awareness sessions on health, hygiene, gender sensitivity, and workplace rights.
- Support maternity-related matters and ensure proper facilities for female employees.
- Coordinate with HR and management to maintain discipline and positive employee relations.
- Assist in organizing worker engagement programs, training, and counseling sessions.
- Maintain welfare records, complaint logs, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with compliance and audit teams during social and ethical audits.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace environment.

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

- Age: 25 - 36 years
- Gender: Female
- Training/Course: MS Office
- Area of Expertise: HR & Welfare Compliance
