The company provides end-to-end services, including venue selection, accommodation, logistics, entertainment, décor, food and beverages, and artist coordination, ensuring every aspect is seamlessly managed. In addition to weddings, Wedding Darzi also plans milestone events, intimate gatherings, luxury birthday parties, bachelorettes, and corporate shows.

Role Description The Wedding Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their wedding and event requirements, and presenting suitable destination, venue, and service options.

The Wedding Sales

Executive is responsible for managing inquiries, conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal planning and operations teams, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to execution. The role also includes attending client visits, venue walkthroughs, and selected events, while consistently representing Wedding Darzi’s brand and service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, including lead generation, client consultation, and negotiation.
- Experience in event or wedding planning, hospitality, or related services, with a clear understanding of end-to-end event workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, with flexibility for meetings, venue visits, and occasional travel for destination events.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage pipelines, proposals, and client data.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in luxury or high-end service environments is preferred; understanding of wedding trends and destinations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
