Strive4X Infotech is hiring an experienced Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) Technical Specialist / EPCM Engineer for one of our leading clients.

⚠️ Important: Candidates must have strong hands-on Oracle EPCM experience with at least 2 full lifecycle EPCM implementations .

? Role Summary:

The Oracle EPCM Technical Specialist will lead the technical delivery, implementation and operational support of Accounting EPCM and related legal-entity allocation capabilities.

The role will translate requirements from Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Transfer Pricing, FP&A; and Finance Systems into scalable and auditable Oracle EPCM solutions.

The candidate will own or co-own the complete lifecycle:

- Requirements clarification
- Allocation model design
- Configuration & technical implementation
- Testing & reconciliation
- Approvals & production deployment
- Post-release support

? Key Responsibilities:

? Functional & Allocation Leadership

- Lead discovery and impact analysis for segment, management, transfer-pricing, accounting and legal-entity allocations.
- Translate business requirements into source pools, drivers/bases, targets, offsets, rule sequencing and balancing requirements .
- Design and support accounting allocations across EPCM, forecasting/planning models, ERP/GL integrations and reporting platforms.
- Assess whether allocations should apply to actuals, forecast or both.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A;, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Controllership and Technology stakeholders.
- Assess downstream impacts across reporting, tax, intercompany and legal-entity processes.

⚙️ Technical Implementation & Engineering:

- Configure and enhance Oracle EPCM/PCMCS models, allocation rules, calculations, business rules, drivers, mappings, hierarchies, formulas and offset logic .
- Design allocation waterfalls and chained calculations,



including intercompany, cost-plus, residual-profit, revenue/cost reclassification, royalty/platform-fee, VAT/withholding and FX-related processing.
- Develop and maintain integrations between EPCM, ERP/GL, finance systems, data platforms and reporting solutions.
- Use EPM Automate, Data Integration/Data Management, REST APIs, Groovy, Calculation Manager, Smart View, MDX and SQL .
- Manage metadata, dimensionality, mappings, alternate hierarchies, parent-child relationships, currencies, scenarios and environment settings.
- Troubleshoot unbalanced, duplicated, non-producing or unexpected allocation results.

? Testing, Controls & Release Management

- Validate and reconcile source pools, drivers, targets, offsets, account balances and legal-entity totals.
- Perform end-to-end testing from source systems through EPCM and reporting.
- Support configuration/code reviews, deployment documentation, approvals and production validation.
- Support SOX, ITGC, segregation of duties and audit requirements .
- Support month-end close and critical Accounting/Forecast cycles.

?️ Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 6+ years of hands-on Oracle EPCM experience .
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPCM implementations .
- Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting allocation models, calculations, drivers, mappings, source pools, targets, offsets and rule sequencing.
- Robust experience with several of the following:
- Groovy | EPM Automate | REST APIs | Data Integration/Data Management | Calculation Manager | Smart View | MDX | SQL
- Experience integrating Oracle EPCM with ERP/GL, finance systems, data platforms or reporting solutions .
- Strong understanding of multidimensional modeling, chart of accounts, metadata governance, dimensional mappings and environment promotion.
- Ability to prepare technical designs, configuration documentation, test evidence, deployment plans, rollback plans and support runbooks.

- Cost-plus calculations

- Balancing, true-ups and effective dating
- FX and reconciliation to GL/reporting layers

⭐ Nice to Have:

- Oracle EPM Cloud / EPCM / PCMCS certification.
- Experience with transfer pricing, tax, intercompany, residual-profit, cost-plus, royalty/platform-fee, VAT/withholding or FX allocation logic.
- Knowledge of SOX, ITGC, ITIL, release governance and segregation of duties .
- Experience with EPM performance tuning and high-volume data pipelines.
- Experience supporting global legal entities, multiple currencies, local/corporate ledgers and intercompany accounting.
