Qualification : LLB (Must)
Preferred: Malayali candidates
Experience : 2- 5 years of experience in Employee Welfare / HR / Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Responsibilities
1. Hands-on experience in employee grievance handling, counselling, and conflict resolution.
2. Experience in worker/labour recruitment and shop-floor employee engagement.
3. Positive knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
4. Experience dealing with workmen, supervisors, and trade unions.
