Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Hosur.

The Web

Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications, collaborating with designers and other developers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust back-end functionality. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services, optimizing websites for performance and security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting technical solutions,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Development skills with experience building and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications.
- Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Back-End Web Development skills, such as server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
- Programming skills with familiarity in one or more modern languages or frameworks commonly used in web environments.
- Web Design sensibilities, including an understanding of usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and team-oriented development workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Hosur, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks independently.
- Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and basic SEO principles is an advantage.
