Job Role

- Relationship Manager

- Acquire high-value new-to-bank customers on a monthly basis.

- Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing comprehensive banking solutions.

- Develop family banking relationships for newly acquired customers to increase overall relationship value.

- Manage relationships with existing clients provided by Equitas and increase the bank's wallet share.

- Drive cross-selling of banking, investment, insurance, digital wealth management, and asset products.

- Achieve individual book size and fee income targets as defined by the bank.

- Handle customer service requirements promptly and proactively.

- Coordinate with branch and head office teams to improve customer relationship management.

- Work towards achieving assigned business targets under the bank's quarterly incentive program.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

- Acquire high-value current-to-bank customers every month.

- Identify prospective customers and understand their financial and banking requirements.

- Build long-term relationships with newly acquired customers.

- Complete the family banking proposition for customers and their family members.

- Increase the overall relationship value of acquired customers.

Relationship Management

- Manage customer relationships provided by Equitas.

- Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.

- Increase the bank's wallet share through effective relationship management.

- Maintain regular communication and engagement with mapped customers.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Selling & Business Development

- Execute the bank's cross-selling strategy for mapped and acquired customers.

- Activate customers on digital banking channels.

- Promote and activate digital wealth management services.





- Sell investment and insurance products.

- Sell suitable asset products to eligible customers.

- Identify additional business opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.

Target Achievement

- Achieve individual book size targets as defined in the HR Goal Sheet.

- Achieve individual fee income targets.

- Meet monthly and quarterly business objectives.

- Work towards achieving the highest performance rating as per bank policy.

- Participate in the quarterly incentive program based on target achievement.

Customer Service

- Handle customer service requirements promptly and proactively.

- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams when required.

- Ensure smooth delivery of banking services.

- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective service and regular follow-up.

Coordination & Feedback

- Provide regular feedback to the Branch and Head Office teams.

- Share customer requirements, market feedback, and relationship-related insights.

- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer relationship management.

- Support the branch in achieving overall business and customer service objectives.
