:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage tendering, project coordination, execution, and completion of solar projects in both Government and Private sectors.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Government tender processes, particularly with organizations such as CPWD, OREDA, and similar departments, along with practical experience in the execution of commercial on-grid solar projects up to 50 kW.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and coordinate Government and Private sector tenders related to solar and electrical works.
- Handle the complete tender application process, including tender document study, preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with departments such as CPWD, OREDA, PWD, and other Government agencies.
- Prepare and manage technical and commercial documents required for tender submission.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and Government officials.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor solar project execution from start to commissioning.
- Manage site activities including material planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality standards, and specifications.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills, measurement-related documents, completion documents, test reports, and handover documents.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, safety,



and project specifications.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in solar project tendering and execution.
- Proven experience in Government and Private sector tendering.
- Experience dealing with CPWD, OREDA, PWD, or similar Government organizations will be highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in commercial on-grid solar project execution up to 50 kW.
- Good understanding of solar PV systems, electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of tender documents, BOQ, specifications, work orders, agreements, RA Bills, measurements, and project handover procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and site teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and other relevant project-management tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Education: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
