Position: MST Technician

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 13 years preferred

Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out day-to-day maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
- Operate and maintain pumps, motors, panels, DG sets, HVAC and other MEP equipment as assigned.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and record readings.
- Attend complaints and complete maintenance work within the required time.
- Assist the Shift Engineer/MST in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance checklists, job cards and shift records.
- Follow PTW, LOTO, PPE and all site safety procedures.




- Maintain valuable housekeeping in engineering and equipment areas.
- Report equipment abnormalities, spare requirements and major breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Support emergency maintenance activities when required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and preventive-maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, panels and facility equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
