Role Description The WE ARE HIRING | JCRAFT INTERIOR role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of interior design projects, including coordinating with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth progress. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with design documentation, tracking materials and deliveries, and monitoring installation activities at project sites.

The team member will help maintain project timelines, ensure quality standards are met, and support communication among stakeholders.



The role also includes preparing basic reports or updates on project status and collaborating closely with the interior design and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, or furniture layouts, with a robust interest in the interior design industry.
- Ability to coordinate project activities, manage basic documentation, and support scheduling and follow-up with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Comfort working on-site at project locations in Chennai and willingness to visit different sites as needed.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with design or drawing software is an advantage.
- Relevant education in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with any practical internship or project experience.
