Position: MST B Licence

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Licence: Valid B Licence

Experience: 25 years preferred

Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor electrical systems and building services during the shift.
- Handle HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS and related electrical equipment.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and record operating parameters.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and coordinate with technicians for troubleshooting.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper operation of pumps, motors and other MEP equipment.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PTW and LOTO requirements.
- Maintain shift logs, checklists, breakdown reports and maintenance records.
- Supervise technicians and allocate daily/shift duties.
- Coordinate with the Shift Engineer and Facility Manager.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in electrical and engineering areas.
- Support emergency response and ensure smooth shift handover.
- Ensure compliance with site SOPs and statutory safety requirements.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of electrical maintenance and facility operations.
- Knowledge of HT/LT panels, DG, transformers, UPS and electrical distribution systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive-maintenance skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and manage shift activities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong awareness of electrical safety procedures.
