Position: HVAC Technician

Qualification: ITI / Diploma Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Operate, inspect and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AC and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and attend breakdown complaints.
- Maintain AHU, FCU, package units, split ACs and other HVAC equipment as applicable.
- Check temperature, pressure, current, refrigerant levels and other operating parameters.
- Identify refrigerant leakage, electrical faults and mechanical issues.
- Clean filters, coils, drain lines and other HVAC components.
- Carry out basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Maintain daily maintenance checklists, logbooks and breakdown reports.




- Ensure proper use of tools, PPE and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Shift Engineer/Supervisor for major breakdowns and repairs.
- Maintain good housekeeping in HVAC plant rooms and work areas.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and basic electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting skills for AC/HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read equipment parameters and maintenance checklists.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
